On Wednesday, June 26th, please join us at the North Area Athletic Complex for a morning of education and hands on experience of battery powered equipment.  We will have numerous vendors on site to answer your questions about battery powered equipment and opportunities to compare different brands.  Also, Abby McNeal, Parks Superintendent for the City of Louisville, will speak about her experiences with transitioning to battery powered equipment.  Jacob LaBure from the Regional Air Quality Control Commission will speak to the group about Regulation Number 29 which would affect municipalities, county governments, city and county governments, public school districts, and special districts regarding operating equipment under 10 horsepower starting June 2025.  At the end of the event there will be an opportunity for a tour of the NAAC fields.
